What to expect from a Reiki and Angelic Healing session

You will be asked to lay down on a massage table. You will remain fully clothed and I will ask you to remove your shoes. It is best to choose loose-fitting, comfortable clothing to wear on the day of your appointment.

Reiki treatments are very relaxing. Most people who receive Reiki drift in and out of consciousness, losing track of time and many, particularly men, fall asleep completely. The recipient can feel the energy that is radiating from me, and often describes the sensation as a feeling of warmth or heat, often intense, but never painful. Another common experience is seeing colors while your eyes are closed. Any color of the rainbow may be seen and occasionally, the colors change depending on the hand-position being used. The most commonly reported colors are blue, lilac, violet, and purple.

Not everyone experiences these things and other sensations or experiences may also occur. Furthermore, none of these sensations are required for Reiki to be effective. Each session is unique and just because you felt heat during one session, but not during another session doesn't mean healing did not occur. Often, the sessions that are the least remarkable in terms of feelings or sensations generate the most remarkable results.

As I work closely with my guides and angels I will very often recieve intuitive messages for you, I may see your guides, a past life which may relate to your current condition or other messages, if you prefer not to recieve these messages just let me know at the beginning of the session. Please remember the focus of this session is on your healing, therefore I cannot always guarantee messages.

After the session we will have a discussion about what we both experienced and you can ask me any questions, I will also make you drink a glass of water!
